We offer exchange in sizes. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship us the piece back with a small note of your size requirements, and send us an email at email@example.com. If the style doesn't suit you, we can offer you a one-time use store credit voucher valid for 3 months provided the piece is unworn and intact with all the tags and labels. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not account for the amount of the store credit voucher.
Our bags are all handcrafted in responsibly sourced leather and jute. If you wish to exchange or return a bag for store credit then please make sure we are informed within 12 hours of receiving the product. Once we receive the return courier we will do a Qc check for scratches and quality and if it passes then we will offer an exchange or store credit.
Our jewellery is handcrafted and each piece is one of a kind. We do not offer an exchange on jewellery unless a shipment is damaged in transit. If you wish to exchange it due to damage then we need to be informed within 12 hours of receiving the product and once we receive the courier back, we will do an internal qc and only after it passes our qc, we will offer an exchange or store credit.
For international shipments, import duty might be levied by Customs in your country, depending on your country's regulations. These will need to be borne by you.
