// Exchanges & Returns//

We offer exchange in sizes for all non-discounted items on our website. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship us the piece back with a small note of your size requirements, and send us an email at hello@kharakapas.com. If the style doesn't suit you, we can offer you a one-time use store credit voucher valid for 3 months provided the piece is unworn and intact with all the tags and labels. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not account for the amount of the store credit voucher.

For  products ordered from our 'Sample Sale' section. please note that the product is one of a kind and shall not be customized, exchanged or returned at any stage. Therefore, we request you to go through the measurements chart carefully.

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any customized order. A product is eligible for exchange/return only if it is a standard product.

We do not accept exchange & returns for any order shipped internationally unless the fault is at our end meaning that the product is defective or a wrong item/size was shipped.

We will not entertain exchanges any later than a month. If you wish to return/exchange a piece, please send us a mail within 2 weeks of receiving your order..

Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Please note by purchasing from KharaKapas™ you as the buyer agree to our shopping terms, conditions and policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over Rs 2500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

// Sale items //
Only regular priced (non-discounted) items of standard sizes may be returned/exchanged. Unfortunately, all sale items are available at their best & final price and cannot be returned.

// Gifts //
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Refund Policy

In case of damaged/defective products, refunds will be initiated through the same mode as the payment within 10 working days.

Shipping charges vary with the size and mode of consignment. 

//Delivery Time//

On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 10-14 working days to deliver your order. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

In case you need a garment by a particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance.

 // International Shipping //

International: We ship worldwide. Please choose your shipping zone while placing your order. Our international shipping charges vary with the size. 

Your purchase will be shipped through a reliable courier partner. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive. Some areas may take longer depending on customs.

Please note that we do not accept exchange & returns for any order shipped internationally unless the fault is at our end meaning that the product is defective or a wrong item/size was shipped.

For international shipments, import duty might be levied by Customs in your country, depending on your country's regulations. These will need to be borne by you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will only be accepted if your order hasn't been put in production.
